  1. Organizatorem Imprezy Gda\u0144sk Maraton (dalej zwanym Imprez\u0105) jest Energy Events Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. z siedzib\u0105 w Miszewku (80-297), ul. Kaszubska 53<\/li>\n
  2. \n

    Biuro Imprezy, (od dnia 23.04.2027 do 25.04.2027) znajduje si\u0119 na terenie Amber Expo Gda\u0144sk, ul. \u017baglowa 11 (dalej biuro imprezy).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

    1. Popularization and dissemination of running as the simplest form of recreation.<\/li>\n
    2. Promotion of the City of Gda\u0144sk in Poland and around the world.<\/li>\n
    3. Promotion of event Partners and Sponsors before, during and after the event.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

      2. Start Imprezy nast\u0105pi o godz. 9:00.<\/li>\n
      3. Linia startu zostanie zamkni\u0119ta po 5 minutach od ostatniego sygna\u0142u d\u017awi\u0119kowego startera.<\/li>\n
      4. Start b\u0119dzie mia\u0142 charakter falowy. Start poszczeg\u00f3lnych stref b\u0119dzie sygnalizowany oddzielnym sygna\u0142em d\u017awi\u0119kowym startera.<\/li>\n
      5. Only Participants registered to participate in the Event in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations may take part in the Event.<\/li>\n
      6. Organizatorowi przys\u0142uguje prawo do zmiany daty i\/lub miejsca Imprezy, przy czym Uczestnik, zostanie o tym zawiadomiony poprzez zamieszczenie odpowiedniej informacji na stronie internetowej www.gdanskmaraton.com<\/a> nie p\u00f3\u017aniej ni\u017c 24 godziny przed rozpocz\u0119ciem Imprezy. Dokonanie zmian w powy\u017cszym zakresie nie skutkuje powstaniem ze strony Organizatora dodatkowych zobowi\u0105za\u0144 w stosunku do Uczestnika.<\/li>\n
      7. Organizatorowi przys\u0142uguje prawo do odwo\u0142ania Imprezy w razie wyst\u0105pienia istotnej zmiany okoliczno\u015bci powoduj\u0105cej, \u017ce realizacja Imprezy nie le\u017cy w interesie publicznym lub w przypadku wej\u015bcia w \u017cycie obostrze\u0144 prawnych, kt\u00f3re uniemo\u017cliwi\u0105 organizacj\u0119 imprezy. Organizator zamie\u015bci odpowiedni\u0105 informacj\u0119 na Stronie Internetowej Imprezy www.gdanskmaraton.com<\/a> nie p\u00f3\u017aniej ni\u017c 24 godziny przed rozpocz\u0119ciem Imprezy. Odwo\u0142anie Imprezy nie skutkuje powstaniem ze strony Organizatora dodatkowych zobowi\u0105za\u0144 w stosunku do Uczestnika.<\/li>\n
      8. D\u0142ugo\u015b\u0107 trasy wynosi 42,195 km. Trasa w dniu imprezy b\u0119dzie posiada\u0142a atest Polskiego Zwi\u0105zku Lekkiej Atletyki (dalej PZLA).<\/li>\n
      9. Trasa b\u0119dzie oznaczona znakami pionowymi, co 1 kilometr.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

        IV PARTICIPATION<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
        \n\t
        \n\t\t
        \n\t\t\t
          \n
        1. A Participant is a person who has registered using the form available on the Organizer\u2019s website www.gdanskmaraton.com and has paid the entry fee within the deadline, i.e. in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V, REGISTRATION, point 2).<\/li>\n
        2. W Imprezie prawo startu maj\u0105 wy\u0142\u0105cznie te osoby, kt\u00f3re najp\u00f3\u017aniej w dniu Imprezy uko\u0144cz\u0105 18 lat.<\/li>\n
        3. Race packages can only be collected at the Event Office. Event Office opening hours are specified in the schedule available on the website www.gdanskmaraton.com.<\/li>\n
        4. The basis for collecting the starting package along with the starting number is the presentation of an ID document with a photo by the Participant at the Event Office.<\/li>\n
        5. Odbi\u00f3r pakietu startowego w imieniu innego Uczestnika jest mo\u017cliwy tylko na podstawie kodu QR wysy\u0142anego przed Organizatora do uczestnika w tygodniu poprzedzaj\u0105cym start. Osoba odbieraj\u0105ca okazuje w biurze zawod\u00f3w kod QR oraz dokument to\u017csamo\u015bci zarejestrowanego zawodnika (mo\u017ce by\u0107 okazany na telefonie w formie zdj\u0119cia).<\/li>\n
        6. Any Participant who transfers their starting package to another person, or any person who receives such a package and starts in the Event, without reporting this fact to the Organizer (in the form described in Chapter VI, Entry Fee, point 7), will be disqualified from the Event results list. Only positive feedback from the email address info@gdanskmaraton.com will be considered the Organizer's consent to transfer the starting number to another designated Participant.<\/li>\n
        7. The Organizer prohibits Participants from selling collected starting packages under pain of disqualification.<\/li>\n
        8. Each Participant is bound by the provisions of the PZLA and these Regulations.<\/li>\n
        9. Uczestnicy maj\u0105 obowi\u0105zek przestrzegania porz\u0105dku publicznego, polece\u0144 s\u0142u\u017cb porz\u0105dkowych, przepis\u00f3w ruchu drogowego oraz poszanowania pozosta\u0142ych Uczestnik\u00f3w. Organizator ma prawo usun\u0105\u0107 z terenu Imprezy osoby, kt\u00f3re zak\u0142\u00f3caj\u0105 porz\u0105dek publiczny, przebieg Imprezy lub zachowuj\u0105 si\u0119 niezgodnie z Regulaminem oraz przepisami PZLA.<\/li>\n
        10. The Organizer will make every effort to provide all information through the loudspeaker system before and during the race, therefore it is recommended not to use your own electronic devices with headphones to hear the Organizer's and judges' announcements.<\/li>\n
        11. Providing personal data and consenting to its processing is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Event in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Individuals who have provided their personal data have the right to access and correct their data, as well as to withdraw consent to its processing. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data until the end of the Event will result in inability to participate. At any time, the Organizer may process personal data in connection with the organization of the Event, including in collaboration with other entities, to the extent necessary for the proper organization of the Event.<\/li>\n
        12. Uczestnicy na starcie ustawiaj\u0105 si\u0119 w wydzielonych strefach startowych. Przydzia\u0142 do konkretnej strefy nast\u0119puje wed\u0142ug zadeklarowanego przez ka\u017cdego z Uczestnik\u00f3w czasu wybranego w formularzu zg\u0142oszeniowym.<\/li>\n
        13. If the Participant provides false and unverifiable data regarding previous results, the Organizer has the right to move him\/her to the last starting zone.<\/li>\n
        14. Only Participants, Event staff and emergency vehicles and those with an Organizer's pass may stay on the Event route.<\/li>\n
        15. The Organizer allows only active wheelchairs with direct drive (Active Wheelchair) to be used by people with a documented degree of disability.<\/li>\n
        16. For safety reasons, the use of three-wheeled strollers is prohibited:
          \n\u2013 direct drive sports strollers (Rim Push stroller),
          \n\u2013 sports strollers with indirect drive (Hand Bike stroller).<\/li>\n
        17. People suffering from COVID-19, infected with SARS-CoV-2, in quarantine, isolation, or exhibiting respiratory symptoms cannot participate in the event.<\/li>\n
        18. A competitor starting in an active wheelchair with direct drive must inform the Organizers about this fact by sending an email to info@gdanskmaraton.com or at the Race Office when collecting the starting package.<\/li>\n

          V. APPLICATIONS<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

          1. Zg\u0142oszenia przez internet przyjmowane b\u0119d\u0105 do dnia 11.04.2027 r.<\/li>\n
          2. Participation in the Event is determined by the date the entry fee is paid. The entry fee is deemed to be paid on the date and time the entry fee is credited to the Organizer's bank account.<\/li>\n
          3. Zg\u0142oszenia przyjmowane s\u0105 na Stronie Internetowej www.gdanskmaraton.com<\/a><\/li>\n
          4. Istnieje mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 osobistego zapisania si\u0119 na Imprez\u0119 w Biurze Imprezy w dniach jego otwarcia, przy czym Organizator zastrzega limit stu nowo zapisanych os\u00f3b w ten spos\u00f3b. Decyduje kolejno\u015b\u0107 zg\u0142osze\u0144 w Biurze Imprezy. Osoby zapisane w Biurze Imprezy otrzymuj\u0105 tylko i wy\u0142\u0105cznie numer startowy i s\u0105 przydzielane do ostatniej strefy startowej.<\/li>\n
          5. Ka\u017cdy Uczestnik podczas rejestracji ma obowi\u0105zek zadeklarowania startu ze strefy czasowej, odpowiadaj\u0105cej jego rzeczywistym mo\u017cliwo\u015bciom biegowym. Zmiana strefy czasowej startu jest mo\u017cliwa do dnia 11.04.2027.<\/li>\n
          6. The Event Organizer reserves the right to provide additional starting packages for invited guests.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

            VI ENTRY FEES<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

            1. Each participant pays an entry fee, the amount of which depends on the date the transfer is made. The following entry fees apply:

              \n*holders of the Gda\u0144sk resident card receive a 10% discount at each price level<\/li>\n
            2. In the event of failure to pay the entry fee in sufficient amount (e.g. as a result of exceeding the payment deadline specified in these Regulations), the Participant is obliged to compensate the difference up to the amount he or she should have paid in accordance with the deadline for making his or her last payment.<\/li>\n
            3. Proof of receipt of the entry fee is the appearance of the participant's name on the start list.<\/li>\n
            4. Numery startowe zostan\u0105 nadane Uczestnikom po zako\u0144czeniu przyjmowania zapis\u00f3w. Dodatkowo od 1 stycznia 2027 roku organizator umo\u017cliwi zawodnikom mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 wykupienia ulubionego numeru startowego na zasadzie kto pierwszy ten lepszy. Koszt zakupu ulubionego numeru startowego wynosi 20 z\u0142, a ca\u0142o\u015b\u0107 kwoty organizator przeka\u017ce na wsparcie wolontariatu przy imprezie.<\/li>\n
            5. The Organizer is not responsible for the loss of the entry form, postal order or bank transfer due to the fault of the post office or bank.<\/li>\n
            6. The organizer allows payment for the entry fee by bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice. Once the pro forma invoice is paid and the funds are credited to the organizer's account, the organizer will send a one-time code enabling free registration for the competition. The code is valid until April 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM. The organizer is not responsible for failure to register on time and will not refund funds for unused registration codes.<\/li>\n
            7. The entry fee once paid is non-refundable even in the event of the Participant withdrawing from the Event or being disqualified by the Organizer.<\/li>\n
            8. Mo\u017cliwe jest przeniesienie op\u0142aty startowej na innego zawodnika. Zg\u0142oszenie przeniesienia op\u0142aty startowej na innego zawodnika nale\u017cy zg\u0142osi\u0107 na adres: info@gdanskmaraton.com<\/a> do dnia 4.04.2027 r. do godziny 23:59.<\/li>\n
            9. As part of the entry fee, the Participant receives the opportunity to participate in the Event and a starting package.<\/li>\n
            10. The costs of entry fees, travel and other services are covered by the Participants themselves.<\/li>\n
            11. Ka\u017cdy uczestnik ma mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 zam\u00f3wienia pakietu startowego z opcj\u0105 wysy\u0142ki kurierem na wskazany adres. Zakupienie opcji wysy\u0142ki mo\u017cliwe jest wy\u0142\u0105cznie do 31.03.2027. Pakiety zostan\u0105 wys\u0142ane na podany adres w tygodniu 12 \u2013 16 kwietnia 2027 roku. Pakiety, kt\u00f3re nie zosta\u0142y dostarczone np. z powodu nieobecno\u015bci uczestnika pod wskazanym adresem wracaj\u0105 do organizatora i b\u0119dzie mo\u017cna je odebra\u0107 w godzinach pracy Biura Imprezy. Organizator nie zwraca \u015brodk\u00f3w za przes\u0142any i nie odebrany od kuriera pakiet startowy.<\/li>\n
            12. It is not possible to collect the starting package after the Event Office is closed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

              VII. TIME MEASUREMENT AND TIME LIMITS<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

              1. Time measurement is carried out using an electronic system.<\/li>\n
              2. There will be timing checkpoints along the Event route. Participants who shorten the route will be disqualified. Failure to record a Participant's arrival at a given checkpoint may result in disqualification.<\/li>\n
              3. Time is measured using non-returnable chips placed in the starting numbers.<\/li>\n
              4. It is forbidden to remove chips from starting numbers.<\/li>\n
              5. Oficjalnym czasem Imprezy jest czas netto.<\/li>\n
              6. Pierwszych trzech Uczestnik\u00f3w w klasyfikacji kobiet i m\u0119\u017cczyzn, kt\u00f3rzy przekrocz\u0105 lini\u0119 mety b\u0119dzie klasyfikowanych wed\u0142ug czasu brutto mierzonego od chwili pierwszego wystrza\u0142u startera. Pozostali Uczestnicy klasyfikowani b\u0119d\u0105 na podstawie czasu netto, liczonego od przekroczenia linii startu przez Uczestnika do linii mety.<\/li>\n
              7. Organizator wprowadza limity czas\u00f3w kontrolnych na poszczeg\u00f3lnych punktach pomiaru (co 5 km pocz\u0105wszy od 20-tego km) liczone od ostatniego strza\u0142u startera:

                \nW przypadku przekroczenia przepisowego limitu czasu, Uczestnik jest zobowi\u0105zany do zej\u015bcia z trasy.<\/li>\n
              8. Uczestnicy, kt\u00f3rzy nie dobiegn\u0105 do poszczeg\u00f3lnych punkt\u00f3w pomiarowych, o kt\u00f3rych mowa powy\u017cej, w wyznaczonych limitach, pocz\u0105wszy od 20-tego km, zobowi\u0105zani s\u0105 do przerwania biegu i zej\u015bcia z trasy. Organizator zapewni mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 dojechania do mety pojazdem z napisem KONIEC BIEGU.<\/li>\n
              9. Participants who arrive at the finish line by bus will not be classified by the Organizer. The Participant's time will be listed on the Website as "DNF," meaning "did not finish the race.".<\/li>\n
              10. Participants are prohibited from remaining on the route after the Event's time limit has expired. Participants who remain on the Event route will be held liable in accordance with applicable provisions of the Civil Code and Road Traffic Law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Do Biegu nie b\u0119d\u0105 dopuszczani Uczestnicy poruszaj\u0105cy si\u0119 na w\u00f3zkach sportowych o nap\u0119dzie typu Rim-push oraz o nap\u0119dzie typu handbike. Uwaga! Trasa biegu zawiera fragmenty brukowane oraz szutrowe.<\/li>\n
                  2. Uczestnik, kt\u00f3ry wygrywa w kategorii OPEN nie jest klasyfikowany w kategorii wiekowej.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

                    X CHANGING ROOMS, DEPOSIT<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

                    \n\t\t
                    \n\t\t\t
                      \n
                    1. Przebieralnie i depozyt dla Uczestnik\u00f3w znajdowa\u0107 si\u0119 b\u0119d\u0105 w oznaczonym namiocie, na terenie Polsat Plus Arena Gda\u0144sk, ul. Pokole\u0144 Lechii 1.<\/li>\n
                    2. The deposit will be open on the day of the Event during the hours specified in the schedule available on the website www.gdanskmaraton.com<\/li>\n
                    3. Participants must deposit their belongings in bags marked with a sticker bearing their race number. The bags and stickers are provided by the Organizer in the race pack.<\/li>\n
                    4. The bags will be released from the deposit upon presentation of the starting number.<\/li>\n
                    5. In the event of loss of the starting number, the bag with the Participant's belongings left in the deposit will be released upon presentation of an identity document with the Participant's photo.<\/li>\n
                    6. Losing the starting number by the Participant releases the Organizer from responsibility for items taken by another person.<\/li>\n
                    7. The Organizer is not responsible for valuables left in the changing room.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

                      11th AWARDS<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

                      \n\t\t\t
                        \n
                      1. All Participants who complete the Event will receive commemorative medals at the finish line.<\/li>\n
                      2. The organizer may provide financial prizes for places in the general classification for women and men. Information regarding financial prizes will be announced no later than 21 days before the event.<\/li>\n
                      3. Personal income tax will be deducted from any cash prizes in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/li>\n
                      4. Any financial prizes for Participants will be transferred only on the basis of a correctly completed form, by transfer to the Participant's indicated personal bank account (prizes will not be paid in cash) within 30 days of the announcement of the official results.<\/li>\n
                      5. The organizer reserves the right to fund additional cash and material prizes in categories and classifications of its choice.<\/li>\n
                      6. Odbi\u00f3r nagr\u00f3d mo\u017cliwy jest wy\u0142\u0105cznie podczas oficjalnej ceremonii dekoracji. Organizator nie wysy\u0142a nie odebranych nagr\u00f3d poczt\u0105, kurierem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

                        1. The final interpretation of the Regulations rests with the Event Organizer.<\/li>\n
                        2. Participants declare that all personal and health-related data entered by them in the application form are complete and truthful.<\/li>\n
                        3. The Organizer is not responsible for any collisions and accidents on the route caused by the fault of the Participant, nor for accidents and random events occurring during travel to and from the Event.<\/li>\n
                        4. Each Participant participates in the Event at their own risk. Submitting a properly completed Registration Form to the Organizer and paying the entry fee signifies that the Participant has considered and assessed the nature, scope, and degree of risk involved with participating in the Event, including the risk of accidents, the possibility of bodily injury and physical harm (including death), as well as property damage and loss, and has voluntarily decided to assume this risk.<\/li>\n
                        5. The Organizer and all persons acting on its behalf or with its authorization in connection with the conduct and organization of the Event are not liable for any personal injury, property damage or financial loss to Participants that may occur before, during, after or in connection with the Event.<\/li>\n
                        6. Participants are liable for any damage they cause to other Event Participants and third parties.<\/li>\n
                        7. Participants agree to abide by the terms of these Regulations. The Participant's signature on the Event registration form confirms that they have read and fully accepted the Regulations, their participation in the Event, and their full acceptance.<\/li>\n
                        8. Participants are required to wear their race number on the front of their body. The race number must be visible. Covering or removing the race number will result in disqualification.<\/li>\n
                        9. The Event Participant consents to the public disclosure of his\/her personal data in the form of name, surname, place of birth and year of birth on the start list and on the results list.<\/li>\n
                        10. The Organizer and Event Partners are authorized to use the image, statements, and personal data of individual Participants participating in each stage of the Event. These images and data will be used in materials promoting the Event and accompanying events (press, radio, television, internet, graphic materials). Participants are not entitled to any further compensation, in particular remuneration for the use of the image, statements, and personal data of individual Participants. Participants agree not to withdraw this consent for at least five years from the date of the Event.<\/li>\n
                        11. Ignorance of the Event Regulations does not exempt the Participant from the rules specified by the Organizer in the above-mentioned document.<\/li>\n
                        12. The Regulations may be changed by the Organizer at any time.<\/li>\n
                        13. Animals are not allowed on the Event route.<\/li>\n
                        14. Participants are prohibited from bringing intoxicating substances, illegal substances, performance-enhancing drugs, or alcohol of any kind. Participants are prohibited from using such substances either before or during the race, under penalty of disqualification. If a Participant is found to be violating this prohibition, the Organizer reserves the right to prevent them from participating in the race or to disqualify them during it.<\/li>\n
                        15. The Participant is not permitted to use any assistance specified in the rules of athletics competitions, including assistance to the Participant by persons not participating in the Event, running with the Participant or riding a bicycle.<\/li>\n
                        16. Pokole\u0144 Lechii Gda\u0144sk 1 do godziny 15:00. Organizator nie pokrywa koszt\u00f3w medycznych lub koszt\u00f3w transportu nieobj\u0119tych zakresem zabezpieczenia medycznego Imprezy.<\/li>\n
                        17. Decisions made by the Medical Coordinator or medical staff regarding a Participant's participation in the Event are independent and binding on the Participant. Failure to follow the medical staff's recommendations will result in disqualification of the Participant.<\/li>\n
