Can I receive an invoice for registering for the race?<\/h4>\n

Yes, after registration and payment, please send your invoice details to the following address within a maximum of 7 days: info@gdanskmaraton.com<\/a> and you will receive an invoice via email. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.<\/p>\n

How can I register several people and receive one invoice for the start?<\/h4>\n

There are two possibilities:<\/p>\n

  1. Write us an email at info@gdanskmaraton.com<\/a> and provide your billing information and the number of people you wish to pay for. You will receive an invoice, and after payment, we will send you the free registration codes. Each person must register individually due to GDPR, and after entering the code, the start payment will be made.<\/li>\n
  2. Each person registers individually and pays for their participation, then please send an email to info@gdanskmaraton.com<\/a> with the names of the people for whom you want to receive one invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    What is the limit for finishing a marathon?<\/h4>\n

    The time limit for completing the marathon is 5 hours and 30 minutes. However, there are also time limits for reaching specific route points:<\/p>\n

    20 km \u2013 02:48:00'\u2019
    \n25 km \u2013 03:26:00'\u2019
    \n30 km \u2013 04:05:00'\u2019
    \n35 km \u2013 04:43:00'\u2019
    \n40 km \u2013 05:21:00'\u2019<\/p>\n

    Is the route one loop?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2026 route will consist of one loop.<\/p>\n

    Can the package be picked up on race day?<\/h4>\n

    No, packet pick-up will only be available on Saturday. We're expecting a large number of runners and won't be able to accommodate everyone on Sunday morning, so to avoid Sunday stress, packet pick-up will only be available on Saturday.<\/p>\n

    Can someone else pick up the package on my behalf?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, you can find authorization to collect your starter pack in the Regulations section. Anyone with the authorization signed by you can collect your starter pack.<\/p>\n

    Can I change my starting zone?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, but only until April 5, 2026.<\/strong> You can make the change yourself in the registration system. After April 5, 2026<\/strong> changing the starting zone is no longer possible.<\/p>\n

    Can I transfer the package to another person?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, but only until March 21, 2026<\/strong>. Changes submitted after this deadline will not be considered.<\/p>\n

    Do the starting numbers come with a timing chip or is the chip separate?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, your race number has a timing chip attached to the back. Please be careful not to bend or tear the chip.<\/p>\n

    Are there pacemakers? What times do they keep?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, during the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2026 Pacemakers will be present and will lead the following times: 3:00:00, 3:15:00, 3:30:00, 3:45:00, 4:00:00, 4:15:00, 4:30:00, 4:45:00 and 5:00:00.<\/p>\n

    The starting package will be collected by the relay captain indicated during registration or by any person authorized by the captain. This does not have to be a member of the relay team. The authorization form is located as Annex No. 2<\/a> to the relay competition rules<\/p>\n

    Will each relay member receive a medal?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, each relay member will receive a commemorative medal at the finish line of the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2026.<\/p>\n

    Can the order of individual people in the relay be changed?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, change is possible and free of charge April 5, 2026<\/strong> year. All changes in the composition and\/or order of the relay teams are made after April 5, 2026<\/strong> are subject to a fee. The fee for one change is PLN 30.<\/p>\n

    Can I change the person registered in the relay?<\/h4>\n

    Can one person run two shifts?<\/h4>\n

    No, the relay team consists of 4 people and each person completes only one leg.<\/p>\n

    What are the relay classification categories?<\/h4>\n

    There are 4 categories for relay classification:<\/p>\n

    • women's relay teams \u2013 consisting of 4 women<\/li>\n
    • men's relay teams \u2013 consisting of 4 men<\/li>\n
    • mixed relays \u2013 in which at least one person is of a different gender than the others<\/li>\n
    • company relays \u2013 registered by companies (without division into men's, women's and mixed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Will subsequent competitors be provided with transportation to the individual starting zones?<\/h4>\n

      Yes, the organizer will provide transportation for all participants to the relay transition points. Competitors completing the relay will also be provided transportation to the finish line.<\/p>\n

      At what age can you sign up for a 5km run?<\/h4>\n

      To register for the 5 km run you must be at least 16 years old on the day of the race.<\/p>\n

      Do you have to be 16 years old on the day of the start?<\/h4>\n

      Yes<\/p>\n

      Can the race package be collected on the day of the race?<\/h4>\n

      What distances do children have to cover?<\/h4>\n

      Depending on the age of the child (1 \u2013 6 years = 200 meters, 7 \u2013 12 years = 500 meters, 13 \u2013 15 years = 1000 m)<\/p>\n

      Does a child have to be of the required age on the day of the race, or are age categories determined by year of birth?<\/h4>\n

      Children aged 1-15 can participate in the race. Age grouping is determined according to the following formula: 2026 \u2013 child's year of birth = age<\/p>\n

      Can the race package be collected on the day of the race?<\/h4>\n

      Yes, the children's race is planned for Saturday (5\/04\/2026), packages can be collected between 12:00 and 15:30.<\/p>\n

      Is it necessary to present a child's ID when picking up the package to prove age?<\/h4>\n

      This is not required, only in case of doubt the judges will be required to present a document confirming the child's date of birth.<\/p>\n

      Can a parent run with their child, especially toddlers?<\/h4>\n

      Yes, in the youngest race for children aged 1-6, parent-child running is possible. The condition is that the child runs in front and is not being pulled by the parent.<\/p>\n

      Will each child receive a medal for participating?<\/h4>\n

      Yes, each child at the finish line will receive a commemorative Junior Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2026 medal.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
