Can I get an invoice for my registration for the race?<\/h4>\n

Yes, after registering and paying, send your invoice details to info@gdanskmaraton.com<\/a> within 7 days and you will receive an invoice by email. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.<\/p>\n

How can I register several people and receive one invoice for the start?<\/h4>\n

There are two options:<\/p>\n

  1. Write us an email to info@gdanskmaraton.com<\/a> and provide your invoice details and information on how many people you want to pay for. You will receive an invoice and after paying for it, we will send you codes for free registration. Each person must then register individually due to GDPR and after entering the code, the start will be paid for.<\/li>\n
  2. Each person registers independently and pays for their start, then please send an email to info@gdanskmaraton.com<\/a> with the names of the people for whom you want to receive one invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    What is the limit for finishing the marathon?<\/h4>\n

    The limit for finishing the marathon is 5 hours and 30 minutes. However, there are also time limits for reaching individual route points:<\/p>\n

    20 km \u2013 02:48:00\u2019
    \n25 km \u2013 03:26:00\u2019
    \n30 km \u2013 04:05:00\u2019
    \n35 km \u2013 04:43:00\u2019
    \n40 km \u2013 05:21:00\u2019<\/p>\n

    Is the route one loop?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2025 route will consist of one loop.<\/p>\n

    Can the package be collected on the day of the race?<\/h4>\n

    No, package collection will only be possible on Saturday. We are expecting many runners and we will not be able to serve everyone on Sunday morning, so to avoid stress on Sunday, package collection is only possible on Saturday.<\/p>\n

    Can someone else collect the package on my behalf?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, in the Regulations section you will find the authorization to collect the starting package. The person with the authorization signed by you can collect the starting package.<\/p>\n

    Can I change my start zone?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, but only until March 23, 2025.<\/strong> You can make the change yourself in the registration system. After March 23, 2025<\/strong>, it is no longer possible to change the start zone.<\/p>\n

    Can I transfer the package to another person?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, but only until March 21, 2025<\/strong>. Changes submitted after this date will not be considered.<\/p>\n

    Do the start numbers come with a timing chip or is the chip separate?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, the start number has a timing chip glued to the back. Please be careful not to bend the chip or tear it off.<\/p>\n

    Are there pacemakers? What times do they lead?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, during the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2025 there will be Pacemakers and they will lead for the following times: 3:00:00, \u00a03:15:00, 3:30:00, 3:45:00, 4:00:00, 4:15:00, 4:30:00, 4:45:00 and 5:00:00.<\/p>\n

    Relays<\/h1>\n

    Can I get an invoice for the team’s start?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, after registering and paying, send the invoice details to info@gdanskmaraton.com<\/a> within 7 days and you will receive an invoice by email. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.<\/p>\n

    Can I pick up my starter pack on the day of the race?<\/h4>\n

    No, the starter packs will only be available on Saturday. We are expecting a lot of runners and we will not be able to handle everyone on Sunday morning, so to avoid stress on Sunday, the starter pack can only be picked up on Saturday.<\/p>\n

    Will the captain pick up the starter pack or each team member separately?<\/h4>\n

    The starting package is collected by the relay captain indicated during registration or any person authorized by the captain. It does not have to be a member of the relay. The authorization form is located as Annex 2<\/a> to the relay competition regulations.<\/p>\n

    Will each member of the relay team receive a medal?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, each member of the relay team will receive a commemorative medal at the finish line of the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2025.<\/p>\n

    Can I change the order of individual people in the relay team?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, the change is possible and free of charge until March 23, 2025. All changes in the composition and\/or order of the relay teams made after March 23, 2025 are subject to a fee. The fee for one change is PLN 30.<\/p>\n

    Can I change the person registered in the relay?<\/h4>\n

    Yes, the change is possible and free of charge until March 23, 2025. All changes in the composition and\/or order of the relays made after March 23, 2025 are subject to a fee. The fee for one change is PLN 30.<\/p>\n

    Can one person run two changes?<\/h4>\n

    No, the relay consists of 4 people and each person only runs one change.<\/p>\n

    What are the relay classification categories?<\/h4>\n

    There are 4 relay classification categories:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • female relays \u2013 consisting of 4 women<\/li>\n
    • male relays \u2013 consisting of 4 men<\/li>\n
    • mixed relays \u2013 in which at least one person is of a different sex than the others<\/li>\n
    • company relays \u2013 entered by companies (without division into male, female and mixed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Will subsequent competitors be provided with transport to the individual starting zones?<\/h4>\n

      Yes, all competitors will be provided with transport by the organizer to the individual relay change points. Participants finishing the relay will also be provided with transport to the finish line.<\/p>\n

      5 km Run<\/h2>\n

      From what age can you sign up for the 5 km?<\/h4>\n

      To sign up for the 5 km run, you must be 16 years of age on the day of the start.<\/p>\n

      Do you have to be 16 years of age on the day of the start?<\/h4>\n

      Children’s Runs<\/h2>\n

      What distances do children have to cover?<\/h4>\n

      Depending on the child’s age (1 – 6 years = 200 meters, 7 – 12 years = 500 meters, 13 – 15 years = 1000 m)<\/p>\n

      Does the child have to be of the required age on the day of the race, or are age categories determined based on the year of birth?<\/h4>\n

      Children aged 1 – 15 can take part in the race. Age category assignment is determined according to the following formula: 2025 – child’s year of birth = age<\/p>\n

      Can the starting package be collected on the day of the race?<\/h4>\n

      Yes, the children’s race is planned for Saturday (5.04.2025), packages can be collected between 12:00 and 15:30.<\/p>\n

      Is it required to present the child’s ID when collecting the package to confirm age?<\/h4>\n

      It is not required, only in case of doubts from the judges will it be required to present a document confirming the child’s date of birth.<\/p>\n

      Can a parent run with the child, especially in the case of toddlers?<\/h4>\n

      Yes, in the youngest race for children aged 1-6, it is possible for a parent to run with a child. The condition is that the child runs in front and is not pulled by the parent.<\/p>\n

      Will each child receive a medal for participating?
