  1. The organizer of the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon Event (hereinafter referred to as the Event) is Energy Events Sp. z o. o. Sp.k. with its registered office in Miszewko (80-297), ul. Kaszubska 53<\/li>\n
  2. The Event Office (from April 17, 2026 to April 19, 2026) is located in Hall A of Amber Expo Gda\u0144sk, ul. \u017baglowa 11 (hereinafter referred to as the Event Office).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

    2nd GOAL<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
    \n\t

    \n\t\t\t
      \n
    1. Popularization and dissemination of running as the simplest form of recreation.<\/li>\n
    2. Promotion of the City of Gda\u0144sk in Poland and around the world.<\/li>\n
    3. Promotion of event Partners and Sponsors before, during and after the event.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

      III DATE, LOCATION, ROUTE<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
      \n\t
      \n\t\t
      \n\t\t\t
        \n
      1. Impreza odb\u0119dzie si\u0119 w dniu 18.04.2026 r. w Gda\u0144sku na trenie Polsat Plus Arena Gda\u0144sk, ul. Pokole\u0144 Lechii 1.<\/li>\n
      2. Impreza rozpocznie si\u0119 o godz. 16:30. Szczeg\u00f3\u0142owy harmonogram start\u00f3w poszczeg\u00f3lnych kategorii wiekowych zostanie podany przez Organizatora na stronie www.gdanskmaraton.com najp\u00f3\u017aniej w dniu 31 marca 2026 roku.<\/li>\n
      3. Linia startu zostanie zamkni\u0119ta po 1 minucie od ostatniego sygna\u0142u d\u017awi\u0119kowego startera.<\/li>\n
      4. Start ka\u017cdego biegu b\u0119dzie mia\u0142 charakter masowy, czyli start wsp\u00f3lny na sygna\u0142 startera.<\/li>\n
      5. Only Participants registered to participate in the Event in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations may take part in the Event.<\/li>\n
      6. The Organizer reserves the right to change the date and\/or location of the Event. Participants will be notified by posting appropriate information on the website www.gdanskmaraton.com no later than 24 hours before the Event. Making changes in this regard will not result in any additional obligations on the Organizer's part towards the Participant.<\/li>\n
      7. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event in the event of a significant change in circumstances that renders the Event inappropriate for the public interest, or in the event of legal restrictions coming into force that prevent the Event from being held. The Organizer will post appropriate information on the Event Website www.gdanskmaraton.com no later than 24 hours before the Event. Cancellation of the Event will not result in any additional obligations on the Organizer's part towards the Participant.<\/li>\n
      8. D\u0142ugo\u015b\u0107 trasy wynosi oko\u0142o 200 m dla uczestnik\u00f3w w wieku 1 – 6 lat, oko\u0142o 500 m dla uczestnik\u00f3w w wieku 7 \u2013 11 lat oraz oko\u0142o 1000 m dla uczestnik\u00f3w w wieku 12 \u2013 15 lat. Trasa nie posiada atestu PZLA. Pomiar d\u0142ugo\u015bci trasy zostanie dokonany przy pomocy urz\u0105dze\u0144 GPS oraz roweru pomiarowego.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

        IV PARTICIPATION<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
        \n\t
        \n\t\t
        \n\t\t\t
          \n
        1. A Participant is a person who has registered using the form available on the Organizer\u2019s website www.gdanskmaraton.com and has paid the entry fee within the deadline, i.e. in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V, REGISTRATION, point 2).<\/li>\n
        2. Race packages can only be collected at the Event Office. Event Office opening hours are specified in the schedule available on the website www.gdanskmaraton.com.<\/li>\n
        3. Pakiety startowe odbieraj\u0105 rodzice, opiekunowie prawni lub trenerzy dla grup zorganizowanych.<\/li>\n
        4. Podczas odbioru pakietu startowego rodzice, opiekunowie prawni lub trenerzy zobowi\u0105zani s\u0105 do podpisania o\u015bwiadczenia na druku organizatora.<\/li>\n
        5. Any Participant who transfers their starting package to another person, or any person who receives such a package and starts in the Event, without reporting this fact to the Organizer (in the form described in Chapter VI, Entry Fee, point 7), will be disqualified from the Event results list. Only positive feedback from the email address info@gdanskmaraton.com will be considered the Organizer's consent to transfer the starting number to another designated Participant.<\/li>\n
        6. The Organizer prohibits Participants from selling collected starting packages under pain of disqualification.<\/li>\n
        7. Each Participant is bound by the provisions of the PZLA and these Regulations.<\/li>\n
        8. The Organizer does not send starting packages to the Participant's address.<\/li>\n
        9. Participants are required to obey public order, obey the orders of security personnel, and respect other Participants. The Organizer has the right to remove from the Event grounds any individuals who disrupt public order, disrupt the course of the Event, or behave in violation of these Rules and Regulations and the provisions of the Polish Athletics Association.<\/li>\n
        10. The Organizer will make every effort to provide all information through the loudspeaker system before and during the race, therefore it is recommended not to use your own electronic devices with headphones to hear the Organizer's and judges' announcements.<\/li>\n
        11. Providing personal data and consenting to its processing is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Event in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Individuals who have provided their personal data have the right to access and correct their data, as well as to withdraw consent to its processing. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data until the end of the Event will result in inability to participate. At any time, the Organizer may process personal data in connection with the organization of the Event, including in collaboration with other entities, to the extent necessary for the proper organization of the Event.<\/li>\n
        12. People suffering from COVID-19, infected with SARS-CoV-2, in quarantine, isolation, or exhibiting respiratory symptoms cannot participate in the event.<\/li>\n
        13. The GDPR clause constitutes Annex No. 2 to the Regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

          V. APPLICATIONS<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

          \n\t\t\t
            \n
          1. Zg\u0142oszenia przez internet b\u0119d\u0105 przyjmowane do dnia 17.04.2026 r.<\/li>\n
          2. Participation in the Event is determined by the date the entry fee is paid. The entry fee is deemed to be paid on the date and time the entry fee is credited to the Organizer's bank account.<\/li>\n
          3. O przydziale do danej kategorii wiekowej decyduje rok urodzenia dziecka a nie dok\u0142adna data urodzenia. Czyli np. dla dziecka urodzonego w dniu 20 wrze\u015bnia 2019 roku: 2026 \u2013 2019 = 7 lat, dziecko powinno zosta\u0107 zg\u0142oszone do biegu na 500 m, pomimo faktu, \u017ce nie uko\u0144czy\u0142o jeszcze 7 lat.<\/li>\n
          4. Applications are accepted on the website www.gdanskmaraton.com<\/li>\n
          5. Istnieje mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 osobistego zapisania si\u0119 na Imprez\u0119 w Biurze Imprezy w dniu jego otwarcia, przy czym Organizator zastrzega limit stu nowo zapisanych os\u00f3b w ten spos\u00f3b. Decyduje kolejno\u015b\u0107 zg\u0142osze\u0144 w Biurze Imprezy. Osoby zapisane w Biurze Imprezy otrzymuj\u0105 tylko i wy\u0142\u0105cznie numer startowy.<\/li>\n
          6. The Event Organizer reserves the right to provide additional starting packages for invited guests.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

            VI ENTRY FEES<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>
            \n\t
            \n\t\t
            \n\t\t\t
              \n
            1. Each participant pays an entry fee, the amount of which depends on the date the transfer is made. The following entry fees apply:
              \n– Do 31 grudnia 2025 r. \u2013 25 z\u0142
              \n– Do 31 stycznia 2026 r. \u2013 35 z\u0142
              \n– Do 28 lutego 2026 \u2013 45 z\u0142
              \n– Do 17 kwietnia 2026 \u2013 55 z\u0142
              \nw Biurze Imprezy \u2013 70 z\u0142 (p\u0142atno\u015b\u0107 mo\u017cliwa got\u00f3wk\u0105 lub kart\u0105)<\/li>\n
            2. In the event of failure to pay the entry fee in sufficient amount (e.g. as a result of exceeding the payment deadline specified in these Regulations), the Participant is obliged to compensate the difference up to the amount he or she should have paid in accordance with the deadline for making his or her last payment.<\/li>\n
            3. Proof of receipt of the entry fee is the appearance of the participant's name on the start list.<\/li>\n
            4. Starting numbers will be issued to Participants after registration closes.<\/li>\n
            5. The Organizer is not responsible for the loss of the entry form, postal order or bank transfer due to the fault of the post office or bank.<\/li>\n

Po op\u0142aceniu faktury ProForma i zaksi\u0119gowaniu \u015brodk\u00f3w na koncie organizatora przesy\u0142a jednorazowy kod umo\u017cliwiaj\u0105cy bezp\u0142atn\u0105 rejestracj\u0119 na zawody. Kod jest wa\u017cny do 17 kwietnia 2026 do godziny 23:59. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialno\u015bci za brak rejestracji w terminie i nie zwraca \u015brodk\u00f3w z tytu\u0142u niewykorzystanego kodu rejestracji.<\/li>\n
            7. The entry fee once paid is non-refundable even in the event of the Participant withdrawing from the Event or being disqualified by the Organizer.<\/li>\n
            8. In justified cases, the Organizer will consider transferring the starting number to another designated Participant. Only requests submitted to info@gdanskmaraton.com by 11:59 PM on March 31, 2026 will be considered.<\/li>\n
            9. As part of the entry fee, the Participant receives the opportunity to participate in the Event and a starting package.<\/li>\n
            10. The costs of entry fees, travel and other services are covered by the Participants themselves.<\/li>\n
            11. Organizator nie wysy\u0142a poczt\u0105 nieodebranych pakiet\u00f3w startowych.<\/li>\n
            12. It is not possible to collect the starting package after the Event Office is closed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

              VII. TIME MEASUREMENT AND TIME LIMITS<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

              1. Time measurement is carried out using an electronic system.<\/li>\n
              2. Time is measured using non-returnable chips placed in the starting numbers.<\/li>\n
              3. It is forbidden to remove chips from starting numbers.<\/li>\n
              4. The official time of the Event is the gross time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

                  \n– C i D 4 \u2013 6 lat \u2013 dystans 200 m
                  \n– C i D 7 \u2013 8 lat \u2013 dystans 500 m
                  \n– C i D 9 \u2013 11 lat \u2013 dystans 500 m
                  \n– C i D 12 \u2013 13 lat \u2013 dystans 1000 m
                  \n– C i D 14 \u2013 15 lat \u2013 dystans 1000 m<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

                  IX NAGRODY<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

                    \n
                  1. All Participants who complete the Event will receive commemorative medals at the finish line.<\/li>\n
                  2. Uczestnicy, kt\u00f3rzy zajm\u0105 miejsca 1 \u2013 3 w swojej kategorii wiekowej otrzymaj\u0105 drobne nagrody ufundowane przez Organizatora i sponsor\u00f3w wydarzenia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

                    X POSTANOWIENIA KO\u0143COWE<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

                    \n\t\t\t
                      \n
                    1. The final interpretation of the Regulations rests with the Event Organizer.<\/li>\n
                    2. Participants declare that all personal and health-related data entered by them in the application form are complete and truthful.<\/li>\n
                    3. The Organizer is not responsible for any collisions and accidents on the route caused by the fault of the Participant, nor for accidents and random events occurring during travel to and from the Event.<\/li>\n
                    4. Each Participant participates in the Event at their own risk. Submitting a properly completed Registration Form to the Organizer and paying the entry fee signifies that the Participant has considered and assessed the nature, scope, and degree of risk involved with participating in the Event, including the risk of accidents, the possibility of bodily injury and physical harm (including death), as well as property damage and loss, and has voluntarily decided to assume this risk.<\/li>\n
                    5. The Organizer and all persons acting on its behalf or with its authorization in connection with the conduct and organization of the Event are not liable for any personal injury, property damage or financial loss to Participants that may occur before, during, after or in connection with the Event.<\/li>\n
                    6. Participants are liable for any damage they cause to other Event Participants and third parties.<\/li>\n
                    7. Participants agree to abide by the terms of these Regulations. The Participant's signature on the Event registration form confirms that they have read and fully accepted the Regulations, their participation in the Event, and their full acceptance.<\/li>\n
                    8. Participants are required to wear their race number on the front of their body. The race number must be visible. Covering or removing the race number will result in disqualification.<\/li>\n
                    9. The Event Participant consents to the public disclosure of his\/her personal data in the form of name, surname, place of birth and year of birth on the start list and on the results list.<\/li>\n
                    10. The Organizer and Event Partners are authorized to use the image, statements, and personal data of individual Participants participating in each stage of the Event. These images and data will be used in materials promoting the Event and accompanying events (press, radio, television, internet, graphic materials). Participants are not entitled to any further compensation, in particular remuneration for the use of the image, statements, and personal data of individual Participants. Participants agree not to withdraw this consent for at least five years from the date of the Event.<\/li>\n
                    11. Ignorance of the Event Regulations does not exempt the Participant from the rules specified by the Organizer in the above-mentioned document.<\/li>\n
                    12. The Regulations may be changed by the Organizer at any time.<\/li>\n
                    13. Animals are not allowed on the Event route.<\/li>\n
                    14. Participants are prohibited from bringing intoxicating substances, illegal substances, performance-enhancing drugs, or alcohol of any kind. Participants are prohibited from using such substances either before or during the race, under penalty of disqualification. If a Participant is found to be violating this prohibition, the Organizer reserves the right to prevent them from participating in the race or to disqualify them during it.<\/li>\n
                    15. The Participant is not permitted to use any assistance specified in the rules of athletics competitions, including assistance to the Participant by persons not participating in the Event, running with the Participant or riding a bicycle.<\/li>\n
                    16. Organizator zapewnia opiek\u0119 medyczn\u0105 wy\u0142\u0105cznie dla Uczestnik\u00f3w Imprezy na trasie Imprezy od momentu startu do zamkni\u0119cia trasy Imprezy. Organizator nie pokrywa koszt\u00f3w medycznych lub koszt\u00f3w transportu nieobj\u0119tych zakresem zabezpieczenia medycznego Imprezy.<\/li>\n
                    17. Decisions made by the Medical Coordinator or medical staff regarding a Participant's participation in the Event are independent and binding on the Participant. Failure to follow the medical staff's recommendations will result in disqualification of the Participant.<\/li>\n
                    18. Event participants are obliged to follow the instructions of the Police, Municipal Police and the Organizer's security personnel and services securing the Event route.<\/li>\n
                    19. Protests regarding the results are accepted until April 20, 2026 (Monday), 3:00 PM, to the email address: info@gdanskmaraton.com. Protests submitted after the deadline will not be considered on their merits. Protests will be reviewed within 72 hours.<\/li>\n
                    20. The final and official results will be published no later than 30\/04\/2026, 3:00 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

                      Przetwarzanie danych osobowych uczestnik\u00f3w przekazanych Organizatorowi podczas rejestracji w zwi\u0105zku z udzia\u0142em w Imprezie obejmuje tak\u017ce publikacj\u0119 imienia i nazwiska, daty urodzenia uczestnika wraz z nazw\u0105 miejscowo\u015bci, w kt\u00f3rej zamieszkuje \u2013 w ka\u017cdy spos\u00f3b, w jaki publikowane lub rozpowszechniane b\u0119d\u0105 dane osobowe. Organizator ma r\u00f3wnie\u017c prawo opublikowa\u0107 imi\u0119 i nazwisko uczestnika wraz z jego dat\u0105 urodzenia, nazw\u0105 klubu i miejscowo\u015bci\u0105, w kt\u00f3rej zamieszkuje, na li\u015bcie startowej oraz w wynikach zawod\u00f3w publikowanych w Internecie i w miejscu rozgrywania Imprezy.<\/p>\n

                      Informujemy, \u017ce podczas wydarze\u0144 organizowanych lub wsp\u00f3\u0142organizowanych przez Energy Events Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. (Kaszubska 53, 80-297 Miszewko), dalej jako Energy Events, b\u0119d\u0105 wykonywane, a nast\u0119pnie upubliczniane za po\u015brednictwem profilu Energa Gda\u0144sk Maraton na portalu spo\u0142eczno\u015bciowym Facebook (https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=61566429442527) oraz strony internetowej\u00a0www.gdanskmaraton.com<\/u>\u00a0zdj\u0119cia lub filmy, na kt\u00f3rych mo\u017ce zosta\u0107 uchwycony wizerunek os\u00f3b obecnych, jak r\u00f3wnie\u017c ich inne dane osobowe.<\/p>\n

                      By staying on the premises or participating in a sporting event, festival, or other event organized or co-organized by Energy Events, participants and observers consent to the publication and processing of their images in photos or videos taken during the event, as well as any other personal data. At the same time, we assure you that we make every effort to ensure the security of your data.<\/p>\n

                      Personal data will be disclosed to employees, associates and subcontractors of Energy Events to the extent necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes of personal data processing.<\/p>\n

                      Start lists and results, containing basic personal data, will be publicly available and may be published on the Event website.<\/p>\n

                      Dane osobowe uczestnik\u00f3w Imprezy b\u0119d\u0105 przetwarzane w celach wykonania umowy, tj. udzia\u0142u\u00a0 Uczestnika\u00a0 w\u00a0 Imprezie,\u00a0 przeprowadzenia\u00a0 imprezy,\u00a0 wy\u0142onienia\u00a0 zwyci\u0119zcy i przyznania, wydania, odbioru i rozliczenia nagrody, a tak\u017ce publikacji wynik\u00f3w.<\/p>\n

                      Dane osobowe b\u0119d\u0105 przetwarzane zgodnie z obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cymi przepisami prawa w celu dokumentowania, archiwizowania i rozpowszechniania informacji o dzia\u0142aniach podejmowanych lub wspieranych przez Energy Events. Dane te w postaci wizerunku b\u0119d\u0105 upubliczniane na stronie internetowej oraz na profilach Energy Events w mediach spo\u0142eczno\u015bciowych, a tak\u017ce udost\u0119pniane uczestnikom i organizatorom wydarzenia, podmiotom uprawnionym na podstawie przepis\u00f3w prawa, udzielonej zgody lub w oparciu o umow\u0119 powierzenia.<\/p>\n

                      Po zako\u0144czeniu tego okresu, dane osobowe b\u0119d\u0105 nadal przechowywane w celach wynikaj\u0105cych z przepis\u00f3w prawa (szczeg\u00f3lnie podatkowych i rachunkowych) a tak\u017ce przeciwdzia\u0142ania oszustwom i nadu\u017cyciom oraz dochodzenia ewentualnych roszcze\u0144 wynikaj\u0105cych z zawartej umowy.<\/p>\n

                      PRAWA OS\u00d3B, KT\u00d3RYCH DANE DOTYCZ\u0104:<\/u><\/h6>\n

                      Udzia\u0142 w wydarzeniach i tym samym udost\u0119pnienie danych osobowych m.in. w postaci wizerunku jest dobrowolne, jednak niezb\u0119dne do uczestnictwa lub przebywania na terenie wydarzenia. Dane te nie b\u0119d\u0105 profilowane ani transferowane do pa\u0144stw trzecich oraz organizacji mi\u0119dzynarodowych.<\/p>\n
