Sp.k. with its registered office in Miszewko (80-297), ul. Kaszubska 53<\/li>\n<li>When registering for the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2026, each participant has the right to purchase a withdrawal option.<\/li>\n<li>The withdrawal option can only be purchased during registration for the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2026 and cannot be purchased later.<\/li>\n<li>Those who purchase the withdrawal option have the opportunity to withdraw from the race and obtain a refund of the entry fee paid in accordance with the rules set out in these regulations.<\/li>\n<li>The withdrawal procedure is carried out by sending an email to info@gdanskmaraton.com. The email must be sent from the address provided by the competitor during registration for the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2026.<\/li>\n<li>Using the option to withdraw from the race does not require providing any reasons for withdrawal or sending any additional documentation, including medical documentation.<\/li>\n<li>The amount and form of the entry fee refund depends on the date of sending the withdrawal statement:<br \/>\na) Until March 31, 2026, 11:59 pm \u2013 100% refund of the entry fee in the form of a transfer to the account from which the payment for the start was made.<br \/>\nb) From April 1, 2026, to April 15, 2026, until 11:59 pm \u2013 a refund in the form of a voucher in the amount of 50% of the entry fee paid, to be used for the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2027.<br \/>\nc) From April 16, 2026, to April 17, 2026, until 11:59 pm \u2013 a refund in the form of a voucher for 25% of the entry fee paid, to be used for entry into the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2027.<\/li>\n<li>The entry fee and the medal engraving fee (if purchased) are subject to refund in accordance with the conditions specified in point 7.<\/li>\n<li>Other additional services, if purchased, such as a T-shirt, backpack, etc., will be sent at the participant&#039;s expense to the address provided within 14 days after the event, or the participant may collect these items in person at the event office on April 18-19, 2026, during the event office&#039;s working hours.<\/li>\n<li>The cost of purchasing the option to withdraw from the race depends on the distance:<br \/>\nd) Energa Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2026 \u2013 PLN 40<br \/>\ne) Marathon Relay \u2013 PLN 80<br \/>\nc) 5 km run \u2013 PLN 15<\/li>\n<li>The right to interpret these regulations is reserved exclusively for the Organizer.<\/li>\n<li>Matters and situations not specified in these regulations will be decided by the Organizer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_empty_space  hide_on_mobile\"   style=\"height: 4em\"><span class=\"vc_empty_space_inner\"><\/span><\/div><div class=\"vc_empty_space\"   style=\"height: 4.4em\"><span class=\"vc_empty_space_inner\"><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row-full-width vc_clearfix\"><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"RULES FOR THE WITHDRAWAL OPTION FROM THE GDA\u0143SK MARATHON 2026 The organizer of the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the Event) is Energy Events Sp. z o.o.
