The races for the youngest are scheduled for Saturday (April 5, 2025) from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The young athletes will finish at the finish line located at the Polsat Plus Arena in Gda\u0144sk.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The distances of the races have been adapted to the age of the children. The youngest aged 1 to 6 will run 200 m, while children aged 7 to 11 will compete over a distance of 500 m, and the oldest aged 12 to 15 will face a 1,000 m route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to register a child for the race?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registrations are conducted on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timerecords.pl\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.timerecords.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.timerecords.pl<\/a> platform. Children are registered for the races by their parents, legal guardians or coaches. The first step is to create an account in the system for a parent, coach or legal guardian, and then register the child for the race. Each parent, legal guardian or coach can register any number of children for the race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Is the age of the child a factor in the registration for the race?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the Energa Gda\u0144sk Marathon Junior regulations, the age category is not determined by the date of birth, but by the year of birth. Below is a detailed list of age groups and distances for each age group:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Children aged 1-6<\/strong> \u2013 200 m run \u2013 year of birth: 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Children aged 7-11<\/strong> \u2013 500 m run \u2013 year of birth: 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Children aged 12-15<\/strong> \u2013 1000 m run \u2013 year of birth: 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What will be the classifications in children&#8217;s races?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Children will be classified by gender (girls \/ boys) in the following age categories: 1-3 years, 4-6 years, 7-8 years, 9-11 years, 12-13 years, 14-15 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What time do the individual races start?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All children&#8217;s races will take place between 16:30 and 17:30. A detailed schedule of starts for individual distances will be provided on the website by March 15, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Are group registrations and payment by bank transfer for children&#8217;s races possible?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, in the case of group registrations it is possible to pay by one bank transfer to the account.
