Want to volunteer for this year's marathon? We cordially invite you to support the runners on this epic distance. Your help is invaluable, both to us, the organizers, and (and especially!) to the marathon runners.
Why is it worth being a volunteer? Because it's a role that brings just as much emotion as it does to the runner or fan. It's invaluable support, not only in handing out a cup of water or showing the way to the finish line, but also the mental support that allows you to complete the marathon. Because cheering and support along the route and at the checkpoints are priceless. It's thanks to volunteers that runners often finish their races according to their goals or stay on course despite the challenges. Every volunteer is our unsung hero, making the race special.
Each person who signs up and becomes a volunteer for the Energa Gdańsk Marathon 2026 will receive a specially prepared package from us, which includes:
- Energa Gdańsk Marathon 2026 commemorative bag-backpack,
- reflective vest,
- sandwiches and fruit while working,
- water, and in case of low temperature, warm tea,
- training for your workplace,
- personal accident insurance for the duration of volunteer duties,
- volunteer certificate confirming the number of hours worked.
