Picking up your starting packages – Marathon, 5km Run and Relays
Only on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 12:00 to 21:00
Location of the competition office: Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk, ul. Pokoleń Lechii Gdańsk 1, Gdańsk
To collect your package, you must present the QR code and a photo ID (passport, ID card, driving license) at the race office. QR codes will be shipped on April 2/3, 2025.
The starting package for the marathon relay team is collected by the relay team captain or any person authorized by him (he does not have to be a member of the relay team).
If you are unable to collect your starter kit yourself, you can authorize anyone to collect your kit. This person must have authorization and be able to show a photo/scan of your ID or your QR code.

Picking up starter packages – Energa Gdańsk Marathon Junior
Only on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 12:00 to 15:30
Location of the competition office: Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk, ul. Pokoleń Lechii Gdańsk 1, Gdańsk
The starter pack for the Energa Gdańsk Marathon Junior must be collected by parents/legal guardians or coaches upon presentation of their ID. Upon collection of the starter pack, parents/legal guardians must provide consent on the organizer's form.

Parking for competitors
There is a parking lot at the Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk stadium at 1 Pokoleń Lechii Gdańsk Street that can accommodate approximately 2,500 cars. Access to the parking lot on match day will be possible until 8:00. Departure from the parking lot will be possible from 11:15. When parking in this car park, do not forget to pay the parking fee according to the parking operator's tariff.
Start of Energa Gdańsk Marathon Junior – April 5, 2025 (Saturday)
16:30 – START – distance 1000 m (12 – 15 years old)
16:55 – START – distance 500 m (7 – 11 years old)
17:15 – START – distance 200 m (1 – 6 years)
17:40 – Energa Gdańsk Marathon Junior Award Ceremony
In the 200m race (ages 1-6), parents are permitted to accompany the child, but children and their parents must line up at the back of the starting line. Parents may accompany their child and run hand in hand, but they may not pull their child.

Marathon competitors start from 9 starting zones, which were assigned based on the competitors' declarations in the registration form.
A – under 3:00:00
B – 3:00:00 – 3:29:59 + all relays
C – 3:30:00 – 3:44:59
D – 3:45:00 – 3:59:59
E – 4:00:00 – 4:14:59
F – 4:15:00 – 4:29:59
G – 4:30:00 – 4:44:59
H – 4:45:00 – 4:59:59
I – 5:00:00 – 5:30:00
5 km run – competitors start from one starting zone
PLEASE NOTE: You can only move to the slower starting zone. Moving to and from the faster starting zone will result in a 5-minute time penalty.
Completion time limit
Marathon and Marathon Relay – 5 hours and 30 minutes counted from the start of the last starting sector (until 14:46)
5km run – 60 minutes
Pacemakers
During the Energa Gdańsk Marathon, 22 pacemakers will be on hand to help you achieve your target times. Pacemakers will guide you to times of: 2:59:59, 3:14:59, 3:29:59, 3:44:59, 3:59:59, 4:14:59, 4:29:59, 4:44:59, 4:59:59. Look for the distinctive balloons in the starting sectors.
Transport to the transition zones for Marathon Relay participants
The organizer will provide transportation to the relay changeover zones. Buses depart from the bus stop located near the Tesla showroom on Lechii Gdańsk Pokoleń Street on Sunday. at 8:35. The organizer does not provide transportation for those who miss the bus. A race number is required to board the bus.
After the run
There will be a place available for competitors after the race 28 shower stations in specially prepared shower containers. Each competitor will receive a shower gel from the company in the starter package. ZIAJA. If you want to use the shower, don't forget your own towel.
The finisher's zone will be located in a large white tent, where each runner finishing the marathon or relay will find a vegetarian or meat meal (to choose from), drinks (water, isotonic drink, Red Bull) and fruit.
In the tent you will also find massage stations where you can enjoy a massage service.
Changes in relays
Changes to relay team rosters can be made at the race office on Saturday between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM. The cost for a change per competitor is PLN 30. Changes are made by the relay captain. All formalities are handled on-site.
